Rhea Hale
WestRock
As Director of Public Policy for WestRock, Rhea works with internal and external stakeholders to develop policies and customer solutions consistent with WestRock’s business strategy, sustainability platform, and the company’s core values of integrity, respect, accountability, and excellence.
Rhea has worked in the Forest Products Industry for 14 years. She has held various environmental policy and product stewardship roles for MWV, the American Forest and Paper Association, and U.S. EPA. Prior to that, she worked on design for environment and recycling programs in IBM’s Engineering Center for Environmentally Conscious Products.
Rhea holds a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Boston College.
