Elim Sritaba is currently the Director of Sustainability and Stakeholder Engagement of Asia Pulp & Paper Group (APP). Prior to this, she was the Director of Strategic Corporate Relation & HR at Sinar Mas Forestry, which manages APP pulpwood suppliers. Elim has been responsible for leading the implementation of APP’s Forest Conservation Policy (FCP) at Sinar Mas Forestry since the launch in 2013. In addition, she has successfully led the coordination of three big divisions in communication strategy, government relation and sustainability, during her role in Sinar Mas Forestry.

Elim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance from the Nitro Institute of Banking and Finance with more than 20 years of experience across finance, forestry as well as supply chain and business process management & business strategy.
