Candela Montero

Candela leads the Corporate Citizenship team at Disney Consumer Products and Interactive Media (DCPI) and is responsible for the reputation management, environmental stewardship, philanthropic, responsible marketplace and employee engagement efforts of the segment. Candela initially joined DCPI in January 2011 to integrate sustainability into DCPI’s product lifecycle as a part of the Toys Licensing team. Over the last 6 years, she has been responsible for key citizenship initiatives across The Walt Disney Company, such as overseeing the Smart Packaging initiative, managing the implementation of the Paper Policy and the Healthy Living commitment for the segment, and driving strategic cause marketing and philanthropic partnerships.
