Ya-Wen Lee

Prior to joining Nestlé in 2006, Ya-Wen has been in other FMCG companies holding various technical roles ranging from Microbiological Safety, to Product Formulation, and later landed in Packaging. Ya-Wen holds a dual B.S. Degree in Molecular Biochemistry and Food Science from Rutgers University, NJ.

Ya-Wen is based out of the Nestlé USA Technical & Production Hub in Solon Ohio. Her current role is the Head of Packaging for USA. She is responsible for portfolio in Prepared Meals, Pizza & Snacking, Baking & Global Brands, Ice Cream, and Beverage. On a more personal note, Ya-Wen enjoys the Cleveland Metro Parks and perfecting French macaroon making in her spare time.
