Ulrika Nordvall Bardh
H&M Group
Ulrika Nordvall Bardh has for the past 11 years worked for the H&M Group in various positions, all related to Non-Commercial Goods, like packaging, buildings, store construction, and interior. Currently, she is based at the Global Sustainability Department, working as Circular Strategy Lead for Noncommercial Goods. As part of her role lies the responsibilities of the Groups Circular Packaging Strategy including the goalsetting process. She is also representing the group in the working group lead by The Ellen Mac Arthur Foundation related to the initiative The New Plastic Economy, Global Commitment. She has recently worked with the startup of one of the groups brand ARKET where she was situated at the Expansion and store concept team. Before that, she worked at the Global Visual Department driving and representing the functions of sustainability work.
