Over 15 years of food distribution experience responsible for all aspects of product assortment, pricing and promotions for items within the Disposables and Refrigerated Cheese categories, including supplier selection.  She also participates in the Washington State Organic Contamination Reduction Workgroup, providing industry insight and supporting composting best practices and legislation and was part of the team presentation at the US Compost Conference in 2018.  Prior to working at Food Services of America, Trudy worked for companies such as Starbucks and Pillsbury.
