Simon has close to thirty years’ experience working for major multinationals in manufacturing and R&D roles. He is currently an Associate Principle Technologist in the Global productivity and sustainability team at Mondelez. Amongst his responsibilities are as Mondelez Council representative at EUROPEN as well as coordinating sustainability matters for the Mondelez European region.
