Lindsey Hoell
Dispatch Goods
Lindsey is a Berkeley Haas MBA Candidate and ocean lover. While living and surfing in Hawaii, she joined the sustainability movement after seeing remote beaches polluted in microplastics. She soon was elected as statewide coordinator for Surfrider’s Ocean Friendly Restaurants program. During that time, she noticed that there were not truly sustainable solutions for restaurants that did a high volume of delivery and take-out, so she returned to school at Berkeley to find the intersection of sustainability and business and solve the single-use epidemic in food delivery and take-out. It was there that she founded Dispatch Goods with other graduate and PhD students interested in changing our waste management systems.
