Karen Moll

Karen Moll has been a Print and Gift Packaging Buyer with Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics since 2012. With a focus on sourcing ethical packaging and sundries for Lush’s gift lineup, Karen works with local and global suppliers to meet the growing needs of the business. Incredible year over year sales growth with the company has meant expanding her reach in order to support Lush’s commitment to using 100% recycled content in an industry where recycled paper supplies are constantly shrinking. Karen’s work has her working closely with suppliers who can provide high quality recycled print materials, while helping to make a name for Lush as one of the few buyers and supporters of using 100 percent recycled materials.

Karen has over 20 years experience in the Printing Industry with a Diploma in Printing Management Technology from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. She has worked both sides of the industry getting her start as an Estimator and Print paper buyer with a large global printer before moving to the customer side as a Print Media Buyer and then to her current position as a Print Buyer with Lush Cosmetics.
