Karen Graley

Karen, Manager Packaging Innovation and Delivery is responsible for the Waitrose & Partners ambitious packaging strategy, that will see all own brand packaging to be either widely recycled, reusable or home compostable by 2023. In addition to this, responsibilities include the artwork & reprographics process drawing upon over 25 years in retail. Prior to entering the world of retail, Karen worked with many brand owners and retailers as a supplier across all types of product, packaging, media and publications, this gives her a broad knowledge within the industry and a unique understanding of what is required at each stage in the process. Karen is proud to be one of the founding Directors of the OPRL labelling scheme, working closely with WRAP.
