Justin Welke

Nestle Gerber

Justin Welke is a Packaging Project Manager and Packaging Sustainability lead for Nestle Gerber in the United States.  In this role, he supports and implements packaging projects that align to Gerber’s overall sustainability strategy.  Justin helped to launch the first mono-material baby food spouted pouch in the US in 2020.  He also supports the design for recycling initiatives at Gerber that look to lower the overall environmental footprint of Gerber’s packaging.  This work has included over 6 million lbs of packaging material reduction for the Gerber baby food portfolio of products.
