Julie Kae is currently serving as the Executive Director of Qlik.org and the Global Head of Corporate Responsibility at Qlik. In this role, Ms. Kae leads the organization’s program on global sustainability and empowering nonprofits to effectively serve our planet and vulnerable populations. The program includes leading sustainability best practices and reporting internally and externally with clients; managing strategic partnerships with the United Nations, C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group, Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity, Private Sector Roundtable and others; directing a Qlik software grant program; and directing employee engagement activities. Qlik has received numerous corporate responsibility awards and was named to the list of “Top 10 Most Innovative Companies for Social Good” by Fast Company magazine and others including Corporate Engagement Awards, Third Sector Awards, Charity Times Social Innovation, and a US Government Innovation Award.

Ms. Kae attended the University of Iowa and resides in Boston, MA. She is the President of a nonprofit supporting women and youth programs in Africa called WeSeeHope USA; serves as Board Member to the Friends of Dana Farber Cancer Institute; and is pursuing a graduate degree in Corporate Sustainability at Harvard University.
