Mr. Vaillancourt has spent more than 25 years in the energy, industrial and environmental sectors helping drive new innovations guided by triple bottom line principles. Currently Mr. Vaillancourt serves as the Chairman and CEO of Agilyx Corporation, a company pioneering the chemical recycling of post use plastics back to virgin plastics. Prior to this role, Mr. Vaillancourt has served in senior executive roles at Waste Management, Wheelabrator Technologies, Intrexon  as well as co-founding 10 companies. Throughout these engagements, he has raised and deployed in excess of $1.9 bil of debt and equity financings and an additional $600 mil of M&A activities helping drive the commercialization of more than 30 environmental technologies.

Mr. Vaillancourt holds a BS in finance and MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. He has served as a Director or Board Observer in over 25 companies and is currently a Director in BioGreen 360 Inc., and an external Advisory Board member of The University of Massachusetts Lowell Manning School of Business. Mr. Vaillancourt was a former Board Advisory member of the Erb Institiute at University of Michigan, Global Corporate Venture Group, Strategic Venture Association and was a charter member of the Intellectual Capital Exchange for Corporate Venturing.
