Jillian Dorr

Jillian Dorr leads the R&D Strategic Solutions team for Sealed Air’s Product Care Division. In this role, Jillian solves e-commerce packaging challenges by holistically assessing supply chains and customer needs in order to deliver market-driven solutions. She develops innovative technical solutions that efficiently protect goods for worldwide shipment and focuses on creating recyclable primary packaging solutions for TVs and other electronics.

Prior to joining Sealed Air, Jillian was a Packaging Engineer at 3M, supporting new product introductions, sustainable packaging initiatives, and packaging improvements. Jillian is a graduate of Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree in packaging science.
