Jennifer McCracken is Director, Sustainability for HAVI N.A. Sourcing service line. In her 16-year tenure at HAVI, Jennifer has fostered positive impacts and received award-winning recognition for client’s products and supply chain by integrating Sustainability into internal HAVI operations, partnership with Suppliers and industry collaborations. Areas of expertise and successes include, sustainable sourcing, environmental packaging regulatory compliance management, and supply
chain reporting.

Jennifer also participates on sustainability-focused working groups, where she has served in leadership positions, such as the Sustainable Packaging Coalition (Executive Committee member 2005-2011), the Foodservice Packaging Institute’s Paperboard Recovery Alliance (FPI PRA) and AMERIPEN (board member 2012-2018).

Prior to HAVI, Jennifer consulted for major multinationals, assisting them with environmental packaging and product regulations compliance, and served as a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in Mauritania.

Jennifer holds a M.Sc. in Applied Environmental Economics from the University of London, a B.A. in Environmental Biology from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Professional certifications achieved include ISSP Sustainability Associate (ISSP-SA), and Sustainable Business from the University of Vermont.
