JD has worked for 27 years with leading US non-profit and private institutions on green business planning, financial assessment, and project management. JD’s extensive practical knowledge in biomass energy systems, capital project planning, design engineering, organics, and green housing projects makes him invaluable to a wide range of Resource Recycling Systems’ clients and partners. He is a noted expert in the field of sustainability and worked with a team to develop an industrial ecology concept for regional recycling plans. He is a successful developer of green housing projects and a visiting faculty at the University of Michigan where he teaches sustainable economies. JD holds an MPA (specialization in Domestic Policy Analysis) from Princeton University, an MS in Civil Engineering from Stanford University, and a BA from Dartmouth College.
