Fabian de Armas

Fabian de Armas is the Chairman and CEO of Sustana, a leading producer of recycled fibers and specialty paper made using environmentally sustainable manufacturing processes.  He has management and board-level experience with numerous manufacturing and distribution businesses across various markets including paper, chemicals, plastics and composites, and aerospace components.  Previously, Fabian spent 10 years with H.I.G. Capital, an international private equity firm. Prior to H.I.G., he was a founding member of Edgeview Partners, an M&A focused investment bank and previously worked at Bowles Hollowell Conner, a middle market investment bank.  Fabian earned his undergraduate degree cum laude from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and received an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
