Cedric D’Souza

Cedric is the CTO of AeroFlexx, a new company formed by the Innventure group that focuses on systemically aligning innovative technologies with substantial market opportunities and rapidly commercializing them into highly successful businesses. He is an entrepreneurial leader with an insatiable passion for leveraging technology to transform supply chains. Prior to his position at AeroFlexx, Cedric was the Global Beauty Care Engineering Associate Director at Procter & Gamble where he spearheaded agile teams to create, patent and deploy new to the world production systems, envisioned and piloted digital strategies for ‘smart manufacturing’ and delivered capability to globally restage packaging initiatives with speed and excellence. Cedric has over 28 years of experience, has lived in 4 different countries and worked on projects across Asia, Europe, Latin America and North America with culturally diverse teams.
