Carolyn Klindt

Carolyn Klindt is a Principal Consultant for Anthesis Group LLC, the largest group of sustainability experts globally. Carolyn leads the sustainable packaging service line offering, where she helps clients develop their packaging footprints, set their sustainable packaging strategy, define impactful goals, and aid in bringing ideas to commercialization.

Prior to joining Anthesis Group LLC, Carolyn led the sustainable packaging strategy for Danone North America where she was involved in helping to accelerate their transition from a linear to a circular approach for product packaging. Before that, she led packaging development for WhiteWave Foods, Dean Foods, and ConAgra Foods across a multitude of food and beverage brands over the span of 10 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Packaging from Michigan State University and completed her MBA at the University of Denver.
