Carolyn is Global Sustainability Manager at Amcor, where she partners with commercial & procurement teams to drive progress towards Amcor’s responsible packaging goals. She also leads the production of Amcor’s annual sustainability report and other communication and training initiatives.

Carolyn’s background is in change management and organizing for sustainability. She has held sustainability consulting and manager roles across the healthcare, waste, and packaging industries, focusing on stakeholder engagement and developing communication strategies to drive broader adoption of sustainability practices.

Carolyn holds a B.S. in Management & Organizational Behavior from New York University and an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid.
