Anke Boykin
PepsiCo
Anke is Senior Manager Global Public Policy and Government Affairs at PepsiCo, based in Washington D.C. She supports the development of PepsiCo’s global corporate policies on key environmental issues, concentrating on packaging policy, and manages PepsiCo’s relationships with key global stakeholder organizations.
Anke has more than 10 years of experience working at the intersection of business and public policy. Prior to joining PepsiCo in 2014, Anke worked in the European Parliament in Brussels where she managed the office of a Member of Parliament focused on food safety and veterinary legislation. She also worked as an EU Public Affairs Consultant advising clients in supply chain management and the pharmaceutical industry.
Anke holds a B.A. in English and Intercultural Studies from the University of Bayreuth, Germany, and a Master’s degree in European Studies from the University of Bonn, Germany. She also studied at the University of Arizona in Tucson as part of a scholarship program with the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
