Charlie Schwarze

Charlie serves as the director of packaging sustainability at Keurig Dr Pepper, where he oversees the company’s progress toward KDP’s 2025 packaging sustainability goals.  In addition, Charlie holds responsibility for Keurig Dr Pepper’s external sustainable packaging and recycling partnerships – including the Polypropylene Recycling Coalition.  Prior to Keurig Dr Pepper, Charlie held positions in development with The Recycling Partnership, general management with Unifi, and sustainability with Amcor.

Charlie holds degrees in business, engineering, and environmental science from the University of Michigan and currently resides with his wife and two daughters in Greensboro, NC.
