The Sustainable Packaging Coalition welcomes the fashion industry institution to its membership as part of a growing awareness of fashion organizations around the importance of packaging sustainability.
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA, NOVEMBER 9, 2016 — The Sustainable Packaging Coalition is pleased to welcome the pre-eminent Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) to its growing membership. The Fashion Institute of Technology is a leader in educating future professionals of the fashion industry. FIT’s membership in the Sustainable Packaging Coalition will connect students and professors with its membership of over 250 retailers, brands, manufacturers, and others who are already working toward more sustainable packaging in the fashion and apparel world.
