Joel leads packaging strategic direction for retail, professional, and eCommerce beauty care business units for North America. Seen as the main point of contact for packaging engineering by General Manager of business and all key functional leaders. His primary objective is to educate and align the sales organization on strategic sustainability and innovation activities.

Why do you want to serve on the Executive Committee?

As a society we are at a critical junction in which its imperative we accelerate all sustainable efforts to ensure a healthy planet exists for future generations. This committee has the collective knowledge and influence to energize sustainability momentum in the industry. What better way to contribute to this worthy cause than to join the team that can truly make a difference.

What do you think you would contribute as an Executive Committee representative?

My leadership experience, knowledge, and passion for sustainability would give me the opportunity to ignite new ideas. Have the courage to take “head on” the big issues and dedication to further drive the key principles of this organization.
