Dr. Ihab N. Odeh

Ihab Odeh is the Sr. Manager of Sustainability Strategy, Americas Corporate Sustainability at SABIC. He oversees the deployment of sustainability ambitions in the Americas region. His team’s primary mission is to support the business units as they develop innovative sustainable solutions, from ideation to successful commercialization. Odeh also partners with SABIC business functions in efforts related to climate change, disclosures/reporting and advocacy.

Since joining the company in 2003, Odeh held several technical and leadership roles at multiple SABIC sites in Indiana and Texas and in Saudi Arabia.

Odeh earned his Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from the University of Toledo and his doctoral degree in chemistry from Purdue University. He has published more than 20 peer-reviewed articles and is co-inventor on more than 35 patents. Odeh is based in Houston, Texas.
