Dr. Clay Kellam

Clay Kellam is currently the Head of Product Development for Henkel Packaging Adhesives in North America. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the College of William and Mary in Virginia and his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Pennsylvania State University. He has worked in product development and technical service roles primarily focused on acrylate and polyurethane based adhesives in a wide scope of markets ranging from transdermal adhesives to structural wood bonding adhesives in his time with Henkel. Clay’s current focus is packaging adhesives and coating solutions across flexible packaging, pressure sensitive, and paper converting markets.
