Jan Rayman

Jan Rayman, Director of Sustainability for Continuus Materials (CM) and founder and former CEO of The ReWall Company (TRC), an award winning manufacturer of healthy, high-performance building materials. A visionary and a serial entrepreneur, Jan brought to market a new generation of closed-loop building materials that provided a much needed outlet for some of the hardest-to-recycle packaging waste. Prior to the acquisition by CM, Jan lead the development of the Rewall technology and commercialization of several green building products with superior properties. In the early 2000’s, Jan identified the serious need for eco-friendly, durable building materials in the US while managing construction and hurricane remediation projects from Maryland to Louisiana. He earned a Master’s Degree in Economics from Pardubice University in the Czech Republic and is currently serving on the founding Advisory Council of the Upcyclers Network. Jan also formed and ran his own environmental staffing company prior to the formation of The ReWall Company and owns a CrossFit Affiliate.
