Eric Heyboer

Eric Heyboer has worked for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment for eight years as administrator of the Recycling Resources Economic Opportunity Grant Program. Prior to that, he was involved in the development and implementation of Boulder County’s zero waste program for County offices, as well as having directed operations of the County’s household hazardous waste facility. He has also served two terms on the Recycle Colorado Board of Directors.
